There's been some discussion in the community this week about CTO salaries as compared to the salaries of developers within their teams - the responses have been a mix of acceptance that it's sometimes necessary to pay solid developers more than yourself, to some who feel the CTO should always be paid the most. We'd love to know your feelings on this - here's a quick (anonymous!) poll. We'll be sharing the results next week:
